The Lewis Lancers baseball team (Springfield, VA), was overwhelmed 17-1 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA)
The Atoms now hold a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Langley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 30. Annandale will face a Saxons team coming off a 12-1 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Saxons record now stands at 10-3.
Next, the Lancers face the Justice Wolves (Falls Church, VA) in a National outing, on Thursday, May 2. Lewis will attempt to advance on its 0-10 season record. The Wolves enter the outing with a 5-9 record after their 9-4 league win over Annandale (Annandale, VA).
