The Escanaba Eskymos baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Marquette Redmen to 1 in the Eskymos league victory on Monday.

The Eskymos (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Miners go into the non-league match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Negaunee gained a win over Escanaba (Escanaba, MI), 10-9, in a non-league match.

The Redmen (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Gladstone (Gladstone, MI). The Braves go into the Great Northern U.P. match with a 6-1 record.
