New Mexico High School Baseball - Pojoaque Valley loses to Taos

The Taos Tigers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 8 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers (10-12) will now prepare for their match against Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM). The Sundevils go into the 4A District 2 match with a 4-18 record. In their last match, Espanola Valley was overwhelmed by Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 8-1, in a league match.
The Elks/Elkettes (3-20) will now prepare for their match against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Hilltoppers go into the 4A District 2 match with a 17-7 record. In their last match, Los Alamos edged Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 14-0, in a league match.
