The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA), saw Gunn's volleyball squad nip King's Academy by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Gunn upgrades its record to 12-6 on the year. The Titans host Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 1. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Santa Clara lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Gunn (Palo Alto, CA)

The Knights now own a 1-9 record.
