In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Loyola Academy Ramblers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Niles North Vikings.

The Ramblers (23-1) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Spartans come into the Chicago Catholic - Blue battle with a 23-6 record. In their last battle, St. Francis lost by Brother Rice (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) in a Central Suburban North battle, on Thursday, May 2. Niles North will attempt to advance on its 22-6 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 10-11 record after their 2-1 league loss to Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL).
