Next, the Demons face the Grand Junction Central Warriors (Grand Junction, CO) in a 4A/5A Southwestern challenge, on Thursday, May 2. Durango will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 5-0 league loss to Montrose (Montrose, CO).

The Miners now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Ignacio for a 2A Intermountain South challenge on Tuesday, April 30. Telluride will face a Bobcats team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Pagosa Springs (Pagosa Springs, CO). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-10.
