In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Langley Saxons soccer squad scored a close 5-1 triumph over the Mount Vernon Majors.
The Saxons (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Fighting Owls come into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Wakefield School by Highland (Warrenton, VA), 6-1, in a league battle.
