In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Los Alamos Hilltoppers baseball team scored a tight 12-9 victory over the Moriarty Pintos.
The Hilltoppers (13-1) will now prepare for their game against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the non-league game with a 2-10 record.
The Pintos (10-5) will now prepare for their game against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Taos tipped Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM), 22-11, in a non-league game.
