The Great Bridge Wildcats softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Nansemond River Warriors to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Great Bridge moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Indian River (Chesapeake, VA) to clash with the Braves in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 30. The Braves come into the game with a record of 0-3.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Churchland Truckers (Portsmouth, VA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 1. Nansemond River will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record.
