The Bainbridge Spartans soccer team scored 12 points and limited the visiting Port Angeles Roughriders to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.

Next, the Spartans face the Bonney Lake Panthers (Bonney Lake, WA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 2. Bainbridge will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 5-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Silas (Tacoma, WA).

The Roughriders now have a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bremerton for a 1A/2A Olympic contest on Thursday, May 2. Port Angeles will face a Knights team coming off a 4-3 league win over Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Knights record now stands at 7-6.
