The Boston English Eagles softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Fenway Panthers to 8 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Boston English improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Brighton/Boston Academy (Brighton, MA) to clash with the Bengals in a game on Thursday, May 2. The Bengals come into the game with a record of 1-0.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Tech Boston Academy/Academy of Public Service Bears (Dorchester, MA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 1. Fenway will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Pioneer Charter School of Science (Everett, MA).
