The Edison Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Cambridge Bobcats to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Edison moves its record to 15-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH) to clash with the Huskies in a Ohio Valley Athletic AAAA game on Tuesday, April 30. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 13-9. Harrison Central won 11-1 in their recent non-league game against Buckeye Trail (Lore City, OH)

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Martins Ferry Purple Riders (Martins Ferry, OH) in a Ohio Valley Athletic AAA game, on Tuesday, April 30. Cambridge will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Purple Riders come into the game with a 12-4 record after their 19-4 non-league win over Union Local (Belmont, OH).
