Washington County Bulldogs (Chatom, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL), 13-7 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-12 record. They take the field next when they host Blacksher for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. Washington County will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Bayshore Christian (Fairhope, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-14.

With the loss, Clarke County falls to 11-19 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Blacksher (Uriah, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29.
