The Depew Wildcats softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Griffith Institute Griffins to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Depew moves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Olean (Olean, NY) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 30. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 4-5. Olean won 7-2 in their recent league game against Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY)

In their next game, the Griffins clash with the Iroquois Redhawks (Elma, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County IV game, on Wednesday, May 1. Griffith Institute will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record.
