The Sherando Warriors baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Fauquier Falcons to 3 in the Warriors league win on Tuesday.

The Warriors now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Millbrook for a Northwestern test on Wednesday, April 30. Sherando will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-5.

With the defeat, Fauquier drops to 7-5 on the year. The Falcons host Meridian (Falls Church, VA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Northwestern test on Friday, May 2. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 6-7. Meridian won 3-0 in their recent league test against Warren County (Front Royal, VA)
