North Carolina High School Baseball - South Caldwell edges Freedom

In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting South Caldwell Spartans baseball team scored a close 3-1 victory over the Freedom Patriots.

The Spartans (23-1) will now prepare for their game against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers enter the non-league game with a 15-11 record. In their last game, Watauga held off Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC), 8-7, in a non-league game.
