Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Red Lion defeats South Western

April 29, 2025: Hanover, PA 17331

The Red Lion Lions baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host South Western Mustangs to 4 in the Lions league win on Tuesday.

The Lions now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Central York for a YAIAA 1 game on Wednesday, April 30. Red Lion will face a Panthers team coming off a 10-5 league win over South Western (Hanover, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-8.

Next, the Mustangs face the William Penn Bearcats (York, PA) in a YAIAA 1 game, on Thursday, May 1. South Western will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Bearcats enter the game with a 3-11 record after their 16-1 league loss to Northeastern (Manchester, PA).
