The Cannoneers now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Germantown for a Section 2 Patroon challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Watervliet will clash with a Clippers team coming off a 13-2 league loss to Coxsackie-Athens (Coxsackie, NY). The Clippers record now stands at 2-9.

With the defeat, Schenectady drops to 0-9 on the year. The Patriots host Saranac (Saranac, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Saranac won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Tupper Lake (Tupper Lake, NY)
