The Washburn Beavers (Washburn, ME) baseball trounced the host Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME), 15-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Beavers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Wisdom for a Class D North challenge on Thursday, May 1.
With the defeat, Shead drops to 0-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Machias (Machias, ME) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Class D North challenge on Wednesday, May 7. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
