The Lions now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Calvin Christian for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 30. Horizon Prep will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 3-1 league win over Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, Monarch drops to 1-17 on the campaign. The Royals host Mountain Empire (Pine Valley, CA) to clash with the Redhawks in a Pioneer bout on Thursday, May 1.
