In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Marvin Ridge Mavericks.

The Patriots (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Metrolina Christian Academy lost by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mavericks meet the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 30. Marvin Ridge will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 7-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Palisades (Charlotte, NC).
