Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Watauga moves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Hibriten (Lenoir, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-3.

The Cougars now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Caldwell for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1.
