In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Cedar Creek Pirates lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-9 triumph over the Middle Township Panthers.

The Pirates (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ). The Falcons go into the Cape-Atlantic - National challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Oakcrest was edged by St. Joseph (Hammonton, NJ), 16-9, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 1. Middle Township will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 17-11 league loss to Millville (Millville, NJ).
