In Tuesday's league test, the Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA), by a count of 17-7.

Next up, the Fighting Hornets battle the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) in a Jefferson test, on Friday, May 2. Orange County will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Patriots enter the test with a 2-7 record after their 17-0 league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).

The Black Knights (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos enter the Jefferson test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Fluvanna County was overwhelmed by Monticello (Charlottesville, VA), 20-6, in a league test.
