The Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs edged the visiting St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints lacrosse team by a tally of 11-10 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Cubs confront the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a Independent Schools match, on Friday, May 2. Georgetown Visitation Prep will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 11-6 record after their 13-11 league loss to Collegiate (Richmond, VA).
The Saints (15-2) will now prepare for their match against Maret (Washington, DC). The Frogs enter the Independent Schools AA match with a 4-8 record. In their last match, Maret was tipped by Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD), 21-2, in a league match.
