In Tuesday's league bout, the Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA), by a tally of 13-3.
Next up, the Cougars encounter the Perris Panthers (Perris, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, May 1. Canyon Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 15-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 1-9 record after their 0-0 league Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA).
The Mustangs (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Orange Vista (Perris, CA). The Coyotes enter the non-league bout with a 9-10 record. In their last bout, Orange Vista was overwhelmed by Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA), 5-3, in a league bout.
