North Carolina High School Lacrosse - West Brunswick drops to Ashley

The West Brunswick Trojans lacrosse team (Shallotte, NC), was overwhelmed 19-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC)

With the victory, Ashley advances its record to 7-11 on the season. The Screaming Eagle travel to Laney (Wilmington, NC) to encounter the Buccaneers in a Mideastern battle on Friday, May 2. The Buccaneers come into the battle with a record of 15-1. Laney won 18-2 in their recent league battle against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)

The Trojans now sport a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoggard for a Mideastern battle on Friday, May 2. West Brunswick will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 19-4 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 11-5.
