The Malvern Prep Friars lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the host Germantown Academy Patriots to 6 in the Friars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Friars now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Haverford School for a Inter-Academic outing on Thursday, May 1. Malvern Prep will face a Fords squad coming off a 16-11 league win over Episcopal Academy (Newtown Square, PA). The Fords record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Germantown Academy falls to 1-4 on the year. The Patriots host Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA) to face the Blue Streaks in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 30. The Blue Streaks go into the outing with a record of 10-0. Manheim Township won 12-3 in their recent league outing against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA)
