The North Branford Thunderbirds lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the host Morgan Huskies to 6 in the Thunderbirds league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderbirds now hold a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cromwell for a Shoreline challenge on Thursday, May 1.
With the loss, Morgan falls to 2-4 on the year. The Huskies host Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT) to clash with the Cougars in a Shoreline challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Haddam-Killingworth won 14-4 in their recent league challenge against Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT)
