Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) and the visiting Prout Crusaders (Wakefield, RI), witnessed Westerly's lacrosse squad gain a win over Prout by a count of 11-9.

The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Middletown (Middletown, RI). The Islanders enter the Division 2 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Middletown was edged by East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI), 15-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) in a Division 2 contest, on Thursday, May 1. Prout will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Chargers enter the contest with a 2-7 record after their 15-3 league loss to East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI).
