In Tuesday's league outing, the host Smyrna Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 win over the Wilson Central Wildcats.

The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against LaVergne (LaVergne, TN). The Wolverines enter the AAA District 7 outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, LaVergne tipped Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN), 7-2, in a league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Macon County Tigers (Lafayette, TN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 1. Wilson Central will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 9-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Goodpasture Christian (Madison, TN).
