North Carolina High School Softball - Ashbrook knocked off by Crest

The Crest Chargers overwhelmed the host Ashbrook Greenwave softball squad by a count of 21-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC) in a Big South 3A challenge, on Wednesday, April 30. Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 19-3 season record. The Storm go into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 22-7 league loss to South Point (Belmont, NC).

The Greenwave (2-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans go into the non-league challenge with a 0-17 record. In their last challenge, Olympic was routed by Berry (Charlotte, NC), 26-6, in a league challenge.
