With the triumph, Buffalo Gap upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Bison travel to Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA) to play the Indians in a Shenandoah game on Friday, May 2. The Indians enter the game with a record of 9-4. Fort Defiance won 16-0 in their recent league game against Staunton (Staunton, VA)

The Governors now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Parry McCluer for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 30. Nelson County will play a Fighting Blues squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Fighting Blues record now stands at 3-7.
