The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Burney Raiders (Burney, CA) and the visiting Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA), observed Burney's softball team notch a victory over Fall River by a final score of 21-3.

The Raiders (13-2) will now prepare for their bout against CORE Butte (Chico, CA). The Lynx go into the Five Star bout with a 7-13 record. In their last bout, CORE Butte was routed by Chester (Chester, CA), 6-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Etna Lions (Etna, CA) in a Shasta Cascade bout, on Friday, May 2. Fall River will attempt to better on its 2-13 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 15-5 record after their 13-12 league loss to Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA).
