The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Eastern View Cyclones (Culpeper, VA) and the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), observed Eastern View's softball team prevail over James Monroe by a tally of 16-2.

The Cyclones (9-1) will now prepare for their bout against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers go into the Battlefield bout with a 0-11 record. In their last bout, Chancellor was routed by Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA), 17-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets clash with the Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA) in a Battlefield bout, on Thursday, May 1. James Monroe will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 6-3 league win over Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA).
