The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA) and the host Whittier RVT Wildcats (Haverhill, MA), observed Greater Lowell Tech's softball team get by Whittier RVT by a final score of 6-0.

The Gryphons (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA). The Rams go into the Commonwealth Upper bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Shawsheen Valley Tech tipped Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA), 16-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Lawrence Lancers (Lawrence, MA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 5. Whittier RVT will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 25-0 league loss to Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA).
