The Harvard Hornets softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Woodstock Blue Streaks to 1 in the Hornets league win on Tuesday.

The Hornets now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond-Burton for a Kishwaukee River battle on Thursday, May 1. Harvard will confront a Rockets team coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 17-6.

With the loss, Woodstock moves to 3-14 on the season. The Blue streaks host Marengo (Marengo, IL) to confront the Indians in a Kishwaukee River battle on Thursday, May 1. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 16-7. Marengo won 10-5 in their recent league battle against Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL)
