Illinois High School Softball - Hoffman Estates knocked off by Schaumburg

In Tuesday's league test, the Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Hoffman Estates Hawks (Hoffman Estates, IL), by a count of 18-0.

Next, the Saxons meet the Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL) in a Mid-Suburban West test, on Wednesday, April 30. Schaumburg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 8-9 record after their 12-4 league loss to Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL).

The Hawks (1-14) will now prepare for their test against Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Vikings go into the Mid-Suburban West test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, Fremd toppled Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL), 11-1, in a league test.
