New Jersey High School Softball - Old Bridge bounces Metuchen

The Old Bridge Knights softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Metuchen Bulldogs to 7 in the Knights non-league win on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Plainfield for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1.

With the loss, Metuchen moves to 0-10 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ) to encounter the Trojans in a GMC - Red battle on Thursday, May 1. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 11-1. St. Thomas Aquinas won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ)
