The Saddle Brook Falcons softball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Ridgefield Memorial Royals to 2 in the Falcons league win on Tuesday.

The Falcons now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. Saddle Brook will confront a Gaels team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Emerson (Emerson, NJ). The Gaels record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Ridgefield Memorial moves to 5-7 on the season. The Royals travel to Mary Help of Christians Academy (North Haledon, NJ) to confront the Blue Jays in a NJIC - Liberty battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Blue Jays come into the battle with a record of 0-5. Mary Help of Christians Academy lost 15-0 in their recent league battle against Leonia (Leonia, NJ)
