Indiana High School Softball - Wheeler bounces River Forest

April 29, 2025: Valparaiso, IN 46385

In Tuesday's league match, the host Wheeler Bearcats softball team scored a nice 17-2 win over the River Forest Ingots.

The Bearcats (9-3) will now prepare for their match against South Central (Union Mills, IN). The Satellites come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, South Central notched a victory over Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN), 7-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Ingots battle the Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN) in a Greater South Shore match, on Monday, May 5. River Forest will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record.
