Michigan High School Softball - Romeo bested by Utica Ford

The Utica Ford Falcons triumphed over the visiting Romeo Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red challenge, on Thursday, May 1. Utica Ford will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI).

The Bulldogs (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Tars enter the Macomb Area - Red challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Anchor Bay was routed by Fenton (Fenton, MI), 11-5, in a non-league challenge.
