In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Fenton Tigers baseball team scored a close 9-2 victory over the Flushing Raiders.
The Tigers (12-3) will now prepare for their game against Davison (Davison, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Davison was overwhelmed by Garber (Essexville, MI), 2-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Raiders face the Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles (Canton, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 2. Flushing will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record.
