California High School Baseball - Salinas wallops Soledad

The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA) and the visiting Soledad Aztecs (Soledad, CA), saw Salinas's baseball team gain a win over Soledad by a tally of 10-0.

The Cowboys (8-14) will now prepare for their battle against Hollister (Hollister, CA). The Haybalers enter the PCAL - Gabilan battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Hollister prevailed over Palma (Salinas, CA), 7-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Aztecs face the St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) in a PCAL - Gabilan battle, on Friday, May 1. Soledad will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Sharks enter the battle with a 6-15 record after their 4-2 league win over Monterey (Monterey, CA).
