California High School Softball - Valley View bounces Arlington

April 29, 2026: Riverside, CA 92503

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) and the host Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA), observed Valley View's softball team get by Arlington by a tally of 11-4.

The Eagles (20-5) will now prepare for their bout against Orange Vista (Perris, CA). The Coyotes go into the Ivy bout with a 13-8 record. In their last bout, Orange Vista tipped JW North (Riverside, CA), 6-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) in a Ivy bout, on Friday, May 1. Arlington will attempt to advance on its 9-12 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 18-7 record after their 13-7 league win over Liberty (Winchester, CA).
