The Byron Tigers baseball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Oregon Hawks to 3 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL). The Rockets go into the Big Northern match with a 1-5 record.
The Hawks (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Lutheran (Rockford, IL). The Crusaders go into the Big Northern match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Lutheran was overwhelmed by Winnebago (Winnebago, IL), 1-0, in a league match.
