The Frankston Indians baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Cross Roads Bobcats to 5 in the Indians league victory on Monday.
The Indians (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Kerens (Kerens, TX). The Bobcats go into the 1A Region III District 20 match with a 14-2 record. In their last match, Kerens gained a win over Riesel (Riesel, TX), 10-2, in a non-league match.
The Bobcats (2-5) will now prepare for their match against LaPoynor (LaRue, TX). The Flyers go into the 1A Region III District 20 match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, LaPoynor gained a win over Martins Mill (Ben Wheeler, TX), 5-4, in a league match.
