In Monday's league game, the visiting Lexington Eagles baseball team scored a tight 13-9 victory over the McGregor Bulldogs.
The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Rockdale (Rockdale, TX). The Tigers go into the 3A Region III District 19 game with a 11-9 record. In their last game, Rockdale was overwhelmed by Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX), 6-0, in a league game.
The Bulldogs (4-13) will now prepare for their game against Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Leopards go into the 3A Region III District 19 game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, Lorena tipped Rogers (Rogers, TX), 6-0, in a league game.
