The McKinley Tech Trainers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering Panthers to 4 in the Trainers league victory on Monday.
The Trainers (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Coolidge (Washington, DC). The Colts go into the DCIAA match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Coolidge was overwhelmed by Roosevelt (Washington, DC), 9-0, in a league match.
The Panthers (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Cardozo (Washington, DC). The Clerks go into the DCIAA match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Cardozo gained a win over Woodson (Washington, DC), 10-5, in a league match.
