The Hobbs Eagles baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Clovis Wildcats to 5 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 4-14 record. In their last match, Clovis was edged by Texico (Texico, NM), 5-3, in a non-league match.
